Hosting & Support
Home stays include full-board and half-board accommodation, providing students with a comfortable living arrangement where their beds are prepared, and they are served breakfast, a packed lunch, and dinner.
As a host family, you create a warm and welcoming environment for international or exchange students by offering:
Accomodation
Providing a comfortable living space, typically including a bedroom and access to shared areas such as the kitchen, bathroom, and living room.
Meals
Serving meals such as breakfast and dinner.
Bedding
This should be cleaned by the host weekly. Regular access to the bathroom just as though they are a member of your family.
Support & Guidance
Assisting students in adjusting to local customs, and offering advice on daily activities. We require you to personally pick up the students when they arrive and drop them off at the certain times and locations that are stated in the schedule.
Cultural Exchange
Participating in cultural exchange by sharing your own traditions while learning about the student's culture.

It all depends on the room. You can have several students staying in the room if it’s big enough, but we can advise on whether this can happen or not.
This is a possibility. We prioritise the well-being and safety of all our students so we kindly request that you consider the booking requirements. For example, gender segregation. You can contact us to discuss this before you make a double booking.
We believe this is essential so we can ensure our students have a safe and comfortable environment. It also gives us the chance to get to you know and your family and allows you the chance to ask us any questions you may have.
We have a lot of groups, and many of them organise their own activities whereas others ask for our assistance. We provide a comprehensive schedule so you know when the student would be leaving and returning for the day.
Usually, students will need a packed lunch and the schedule will outline any additional meal requirements. When we come for a home visit, we can talk about this more and we can also provide you with options for affordable but healthy meal options.
We require you to personally pick up the students when they arrive and drop them off at the certain times and locations that are stated in the schedule. A taxi can be used.
Our bookings are flexible and can vary in time. You could have a student for 3-5 days normally arriving Sunday or Monday evening, leaving Friday morning. Every payment is made every week, or at the end of the stay, whichever comes first.
Usually from February to November. You can choose when you would like the students to stay with you, so it completely fits in around your life. Once you have signed with us, we will always keep you updated on the new bookings. We place students in sets of 2-4 at a time.
